WIC Entrepreneurial Thinking in Action Camp
2018 dates coming soon
Scurfield Hall, Haskayne School of Business
University of Calgary
This three-day learning camp focuses on entrepreneurial thinking and action. This year’s camp is designed for motivated and enthusiastic students who have completed Grade 9 and suggested for students up to the completion of Grade 11.
The camp experience is designed to empower future entrepreneurs, employees, volunteers, business and community leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, understand customer value, create a real new venture or social enterprise business idea and ultimately, how to communicate or pitch a new venture idea to a panel of community experts and investors.
Students will work in teams to develop their own business model for a new venture of social enterprise while they are mentored by University of Calgary students and alumni.
